Whether you like to challenge yourself on vacation or are looking for your own individual training as a local: with us you get top training quality - accompanied by professionals.

Jonas has a Bachelor of Arts degree in sports science, an A-license fitness trainer diploma, training as a mountain bike guide and manages the D&D LOFT GYM and the Bike Hub. Full competence.

What you should bring with you

We provide you with mats, towels and water on site - so all you need is comfortable sportswear. There are separate changing rooms, lockers and showers for men and women on the 2nd floor.

Please be there at least 5 minutes before the course starts. This will give you enough time to arrive and be ready to go when the class starts.

How to register

As a hotel guest, you can easily book your courses via the Dips&Drops hotel app (available at check-in).

External guests please register by e-mail or telephone. Or: Register directly with your trainer for the next 10 sessions.
Just let them know if you can't make it. This will secure your place for the next time and keep you relaxed.

No fixed course schedule necessary

You can take part flexibly when it suits you. In every session, our trainers make sure to cater to your individual needs and fitness level. This allows you to improve your flexibility, strength and endurance in a targeted way.

Individual for groups

Are you traveling with friends, family or colleagues? On request, we can organize exclusive group training sessions with personal support - e.g. functional training, back fitness or Pilates with our highly qualified trainers.

Course costs & tickets

Course participation is included for house guests.
External guests pay € 23 per unit.
Participation is also included in our annual and half-yearly tickets. If you buy a block of 10 or a subscription, your first training session is free.

Jonas and his team know how you can achieve your sporting goals and support you in individual sessions. With know-how, motivation and passion.

1 session 50 min € 90,-

After training is before recharging: get targeted physio sessions, effective treatments, cranio or massages in-house. For better performance, faster recovery and real muscle release. Book directly on site or via the app.

Get new energy after your workout

Relax in the Living Room Lounge on the 2nd floor - treat yourself to healthy snacks and drinks from our self-service station.

Or immerse yourself in the full gourmet experience of our restaurants on the first floor and get the perfect after-sports food.
