Restaurant Manager (m/f/d)

As Restaurant Manager, you are a host, team leader and organisational talent all in one. Together with your team, you make sure our guests feel completely at home – from breakfast until the last drink at the bar.

You are responsible not only for ensuring smooth operations, but also for actively working alongside your team in daily service, keeping an overview during busy periods and continuously developing our F&B department together with us.

Your responsibilities:

• Operational management and organisation of the entire service department
• Leading, coordinating and motivating the service team
• Creating and coordinating staff schedules and holiday plans
• Onboarding, training and developing employees and apprentices

Your responsibilities:

• Welcoming and seating guests, providing personal advice and attentive service throughout their entire stay
• Taking food and beverage orders
• Serving food and beverages professionally at the guests’ table
• Handling payments and saying goodbye to guests
• Setting tables according to the occasion
• Working closely with the Commis de Rang and other service team members to ensure smooth operations
• Handling guest complaints professionally and resolving issues to ensure guest satisfaction
• Recommending and serving wines

Your responsibilities:

• Welcoming and looking after guests, providing recommendations on drinks
• Mixing and serving cocktails, long drinks, non-alcoholic beverages and other drink specialities
• Taking orders and serving drinks directly at the bar or for the service area
• Keeping the bar, work area and glassware clean and organised
• Checking stock levels, restocking the bar and ordering drinks and bar supplies when required
• Actively engaging with guests to create a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere
