Group- & Event Executive (m/f/d)
A key figure in creating unforgettable stays and events

Your Mission:

You are our go-to person for groups and events. From the initial enquiry to glowing feedback. Whether it’s sports teams, corporate events or exclusive groups: you organise, sell and oversee every stay so that our guests say, “We’ll be back!”

Your responsibilities:

  • Active management of all business and event enquiries – from quotation to booking.
  • Cold calling & networking (including at trade fairs) – to attract new groups to our hotel.
  • Personal onboarding of groups on site – so that everyone feels welcome from the very first minute.
  • Interdepartmental coordination (reception, kitchen, housekeeping) – to ensure everything runs smoothly.
  • Further development of our group packages – with creative ideas and market knowledge.

What you’ll need:

  • Experience in the group sector (hotels, events, travel industry) – you understand the needs of teams and companies.
  • Business-level German & fluent English – for professional communication at all levels.
  • Organisational skills & service-oriented approach – you keep track of everything and love troubleshooting
  • Proactive, solution-oriented approach – you take the initiative where others hesitate.
  • Enjoyment of sales & networking – you see an opportunity in every enquiry.
