Hard and soft
multi-day
gravel tour
"Die Zarte" is ideal for gravel lovers who want to combine scenic diversity and sporting enjoyment. The multi-day round tour (approx. 5-7 days) covers around 460 km and around 6,700 meters in altitude through breathtaking nature: from the city of Salzburg via the Strubklamm gorge to deep blue lakes in the Salzkammergut, on along the old Postalm road into the Tennengau, along the Enns and Salzach rivers, around Lake Zell and past the Leoganger Steinberge mountains into the Saalachtal valley and back to Salzburg.
Gravel Tour
"Die Harte" builds on the gentle variant and expands the circuit into a challenging 10-12-day tour covering around 650 km and more than 12,000 meters in altitude. The route also leads through Salzburg's Lungau region and partly into neighboring Carinthia, with mountainous highlights such as the Zwölferhorn, Radstädter Tauern (Obertauern), Asitz in Leogang, the Aschauer Sattel and, as the absolute highlight, the Grossglockner High Alpine Road.
