Hiking

Guided tours offered daily - from alpine pastures, summits, nature experiences to mountain lakes - free of charge with your Flachau Card and at least twice a week with the hotel's own sports guides. Booking & organization takes place online, on site on the Flachau App and our hotel app.

The absolute highlight of our hotel tours is the guided sunrise hike and the hike followed by an Alpine breakfast. Both tours take place once a week depending on the weather.

• Hiking from the hotel: The Dips&Drops is located directly on Flachau's dense network of hiking trails.
• With the free Flachau hiking map and the numerous tour suggestions from "Flachau hikes", you can plan your hikes flexibly and at your own pace.
• You can find even more inspiration on Komoot and Outdooractive - including altitude profiles, walking times and distances for every tour.
• Whether it's a relaxed beginners' tour or a challenging summit hike: our hosts and sports guides share their personal recommendations.
• Convenient access to the mountain: easy access to higher altitudes via Star Jet 1 and 2 (400m from the hotel).
• Many alpine pastures and mountain inns with regional specialties provide refreshments on the tour. OR you can book our picnic package directly at reception

Our absolute favorite tour is the Rossbrand summit: an absolute must. Viewover 150 striking Alpine peaks - from the Dachstein to the Bischofsmütze, the Gosaukamm, the Hochkönig, the Hohe Tauern with the Großglockner and Großvenediger,... - the 360° panoramic view is mega beautiful!

Family hikes should offer a little more than just the way to the summit. In Flachau, varied themed hiking trails provide plenty of fun, exciting discoveries and shared experiences in nature.
